DELIVERY POLICY

UK Delivery

 

FREE Standard Delivery on orders over £75

£5 for Standard Delivery on all UK orders under £75.

 

Standard Delivery

Standard Delivery takes between 4-5 working days (Saturday and Sunday are not considered a working day)

Standard Delivery orders will be dispatched within 72 hours of being received and can be delivered Monday to Saturday.

We use DPD for all deliveries. You will receive an email and text message from DPD and be able to see up to date information on your order’s journey as well as a timed delivery slot, precise to within one hour. To track your parcel, please use the 15-digit tracking ID found in your despatch confirmation email on dpd.co.uk.

If you are not home, DPD may leave the parcel with a neighbour but they will always obtain a signature. They will leave you a notification as to where the parcel has been left. You can track the parcel and advise of a safe place for the parcel to be left or rearrange delivery for another day – these options must be advised before delivery has been made.

If your order does not arrive within 7 days and you have not received any information from us regarding any possible delays please contact us on 01246 299808 Monday - Friday 9.30am – 4.30pm.

 

Next Day Delivery

For an additional cost you can select Next Day Delivery, this will be shown in the delivery options drop down box at the time of purchasing. Not all items are eligible for Next Day Delivery. If this is not an option it will not be shown.

Next Day Delivery orders taken Monday to Friday and delivered Next Working Day (Saturday and Sunday are not considered a working day.)

Click and Collect

Click and Collect orders are free of charge.

Orders can be collected from any of our four stores located in Dronfield, Leamington Spa, Sheffield and High Garrett. 

Deliveries from the Warehouse to each store take place once a week, therefore click and collect orders can take up to 8 days before they are ready for collection. This information is shown at the time of ordering and an estimation given. We will update you once they leave the warehouse and give you a collection date and time that items can be collected from.

 

European Delivery

If you are outside of the UK and would like to place an order with us please contact Stanley at stanley@stonethecrowsretail.co.uk  and he will do his very best to see how he can make your purchase possible. Please note that if you live overseas all parcels are subject to possible checks from customs and duty and additional charges or fees may apply.

 

International Delivery

General Delivery Terms

All dates and times for delivery are estimations only and are not guaranteed. They are all subject to availability from our on-site warehouse and are also dependent on the service of our used courier company, DPD, functioning to their normal ability.

Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes.

 

Product Availability

If the product you have ordered goes out of stock after placing an order, then we shall notify you as soon as possible and your refund will be processed. As you are not charged at the time of purchasing and any money held is for pre-authorisation only, this will be released. It can take up to three days for money to be released and we advise you contact your bank for further information. 

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

RETURNS

Please check items on receipt of delivery. If there are any defects with the delivery, you must notify us within 24 hours stanley@stonethecrows.co.uk

You will be provided with a returns form and instructions on how to return an item to us. No returns will be accepted without this process having been followed.

Our returns policy last 14 days from time of purchase. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. After this period, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

All items must be returned in the same condition that it was received, in the original packaging and unused. Please be advised that all delivery and return costs are not refundable. Please obtain proof of postage of your return.  We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Colour, firmness and surface appearance of many of our products may vary because of the processes used in order to create them, therefore these are not considered defects. We do not accept any of the above as claims.

You can also return an item free of charge at any of our stores.

 

 

REFUNDS

Once the return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.  You are responsible for packing the return appropriately.  Any items which arrive back broken due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded.

Once items have been returned please allow 5 working days for your refund to be processed. If after 5 days you have not received a refund, please contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is visible.

EXCHANGES

Items can be exchanged only if defective or damaged. Please email stanley@stonethecrows.co.uk with a photo of the damaged or faulty item.  We can then discuss options for replacing the item.
